The main activity of ISPER is the provision of comprehensive telecommunications services, high-speed Internet, retransmission of television broadcasting and voice services.
ISPER was founded in 2005 as a local internet service provider.
Since its inception, it has been actively building and improving its optical and radio network, through which it provides services to end users.
At present, ISPER operates more than 50 km of its own optical paths, more than 100 connection transmitters, 5 data centers – all for its satisfied several thousand residential, home and corporate clients.
