ISPER Internet connection details

On this page you will read about the conditions of connection of programs: Internet Basic, Internet Standard, Internet Gigabit.

These services are available in these locations:

  • Bratislava – Petržalka (ISPER Gigabit service available only at this location)
  • Bratislava – Rača
  • Bratislava – Ružinov
  • Bratislava – Vrakuňa (Podunajské Biskupice, Dolné Hony, Medzijarky)
  • Projects: Hviezdne bývanie, Hamikovo, Podunajská 23 is the speed of the Internet Gigabit do 300Mbps/300Mbps

Procedure for setting up the service:

  1. Contact us to check availability at your address.
  2. You will agree with our operators on the exact date and time of installation at your home.
  3. At the time of installation, our technician will set up a cable connection to your apartment. If you already have your own cabling in the apartment, we can use it.
  4. The last point of our network, ie the end of the installation, is the connection of the terminal device (modem) at your place. You will then be able to connect your own computers, phones or other devices to the Internet via this device. The modem remains our property even after installation. After the termination of the connection contract, the modem must be returned.
  5. The installation is completed by verifying the functionality of the new Internet connection, writing the Connection Agreement and the Installation Protocol.
  6. There is no need to pay anything during the installation. All installation fees will be included in the first invoice along with the service fee.
  7. A 7-day trial period applies after installation. If you are not satisfied with the service, we must inform us within 7 days of installation about the termination of the contract during the trial period. In this case, you do not have to pay a monthly fee or an installation fee.

To cancel the service:

  1. As we have no obligations in these programs, the standard notice period of 1 month applies.
  2. The notice must be given in writing – by letter or e-mail, or in person at our office.
  3. The notice period begins on the first day of the month following the notice.
  4. Delivery of the service ends on the last day of the contract.

Internet Standard:
100 / 100 Mbps (Optika – maximum and proclaimed speed)
30 / 30 Mbps (Optika – minimum speed)
70 / 70 Mbps (Optika – commonly available speed)
50 / 50 Mbps (Metalika – maximum and proclaimed speed)
15 / 15 Mbps (Metalika – minimum speed)
35 / 35 Mbps (Metalika – bežne dostupná rýchlosť)

Internet Gigabit:
1000 / 1000 Mbps (maximum and proclaimed speed)
300 / 300 Mbps (minimum speed)
700 / 700 Mbps (commonly available speed)
