(hereinafter the „Controller“) keep the following personal data of the clients they provide services to: 

  • first name and surname;

  • company name and billing details;

  • e-mail address;

  • phone/mobile number;

  • communication, information and documents that the client provides to the Controller in connection with the services,  

in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter the „Regulation“), for the purpose of performing the contract, keeping records of the contract and the possible future exercise and protection of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. For the above purpose, personal data are kept and processed for 10 years from the performance of the last part of the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the contract documentation to be kept longer. This processing is permitted under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – processing necessary for the performance of a contract.

2. Personal data are processed by the Controller; they may, however, also be processed on its behalf by this processor:

3. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.

4. Relevant news and other commercial messages related to the client's order may be sent to the client's e-mail address or phone number; this is permitted by the controller's legitimate interest in providing relevant information under §13(f) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., as amended, unless you object. You can UNSUBSCRIBE from these e-mails at any time and in any way – for example by sending an e-mail or clicking the link in the message.

5. Please note that under the personal data protection act you have the right to:

  • ask us what personal data of yours we process and request a copy of these data,

  • ask us for an explanation of the processing, request access to these data and have them updated or corrected,

  • ask us to erase these personal data – erasure will, however, end the negotiations on the contract and will only be carried out if the Controller's interests do not override the protection of your privacy,

  • if in doubt about compliance with personal data processing obligations, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.

If you feel your data have been processed unlawfully, contact us at gdpr@isper.sk and we undertake to resolve the problem without delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
